The Position

Reporting to the National Sales Manager – Primary Care CRM, we have an opportunity for a District Sales Manager based in NSW to join our high performing management team. This role will be responsible for managing our GP team across NSW territories (NSW Inner West, Southwest, Wollongong, and ACT).

Tasks & Responsibilities

Delivery of annual sales and activity targets for the assigned territoriesManage and implement sales activity plans for the product portfolioLead and develop the sales teamsCoach sales representatives to higher levels of excellenceBuild and manage relationships with peers and internal stakeholdersRun and manage industry/medical events and presentationsMotivate and drive employees to achieve high performanceConduct employee performance reviews and appraisals

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years’ experience selling in the pharmaceutical industryPrevious pharmaceutical industry people management experienceDemonstrated examples of outstanding team performanceStrong analysis and decision-making skillsHigh achievement orientation with a proven track record of high sales performanceEffective coaching and mentoring skills The ability to give and receive feedback effectivelyEffective prioritisation and time management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsEffective internal leadershipAbility to build excellent internal cross functional relationshipsTechnology literacy (essential)Clear understanding of the NSW Health Environment (preferred)
