Hatch is supporting Peloton to find a great District Manager to join their Sales and Customer Success team. Hatch exists to level the playing field for people as they discover a career that’s right for them. We model this in our hiring process for our partners like Peloton.

Responsible for optimizing the sales performance and profitability of Peloton’s Direct Sales channels (retail showrooms and inside sales) within a defined district by providing showroom and inside sales teams with sales leadership, business insights/acuity, coaching, support, and oversight to ensure an exceptional brand experience for our members. In cases where Peloton sells via a third party retailer, this role will also support the implementation and ongoing business insights as well as performance management of those relationships. District Sales Managers must spend 3-4 days/week in the field at Peloton Showrooms.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Sales Team Enablement - Identify opportunities to enhance processes and resources that enable team performance and time spent with prospects or customers
- Sales and Customer Success Process Improvement - Experiment with new ideas, processes and tools to improve and scale the way that we engage with customers
