The Position:

  • OpenTable is looking for a District Manager to oversee restaurant retention, acquisition, and revenue growth in their local district.
  • This role involves leading a team of Sales representatives and Account Managers in NSW & QLD through challenging customer conversations.
  • Reporting to the Senior Director of Restaurant Sales and Services for APAC, the District Manager will monitor local market conditions and guide their team in successful territory management.
  • With a growth mindset, you'll be tasked with overcoming various obstacles to achieve ambitious goals by challenging assumptions.

In this role, you will:

  • Hire, train, coach, and lead Account Managers and Account Executives to exceed sales and retention goals.
  • Act on fundamental business drivers, delivering compelling data-driven proposals for revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers in your district.
  • Maintain expertise in all products and services offered by OpenTable.
  • Keep clear communication lines with your team, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the regional marketing team to expand the business through B2B and B2C efforts.
