We are currently seeking

a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join our team at Endeavour Hills Shopping Centre. As the face and voice of our centre, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to customers, contractors, retailers, and staff members.

An overview of the role: 

·The Reception Switchboard is manned at all times and promptly answer calls with a high level of customer service.

·Demonstrate excellent customer service when attending to customers, contractors, and retailers entering the reception area.

·Maintain and update various registers and lists, including Shopping Centre Registers, Phone Lists, Tenant Insurance, Lease Validations, Key Register, Asset Register, Retailer After Hour contact list, and more.

·Assist the Centre Administrator with after hour charges and other specified duties.

·Collect monthly sales data from retailers and upload it into the system.

·Assist with banking, filing, purchase order entry, mail collection and distribution.

·Provide assistance to retailers with account statements and invoice reprinting.

·Assist in setting up new vendors and managing office stationery supplies.

·Manage the lost property register and wheelchair hire register.

·Administer the Gift Card system.

·Support Centre Marketing with campaigns, data entry, Welcome packs, and announcing campaign winners.

·Assist the Centre Administrator with tenant account reconciliations, annual outgoings letters, and various administrative duties.

·Demonstrate the ability to remain calm when dealing with stressed customers.

·Possess good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

·Exhibit eagerness to learn and grow as an engaged team member.

·Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills.

·Must be friendly and able to handle difficult customers with empathy.

·Possess strong organization and time management skills.

·Willingness to learn new systems and procedures and assist in other departments if required.

·Ability to work well as part of a small but hardworking team.
