About the Role

As a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional, you will lead the delivery of complex consulting projects for our clients. This role requires a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead high-profile procurement and supply chain consulting projects, driving innovation and excellence in delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Manage and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business development initiatives, including proposal writing and client presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, contributing to the continuous improvement of methodologies and service offerings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related consulting field.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Experience in business development, including proposal writing and client presentations, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical, value-driven solutions.
  • Relevant qualifications in procurement, supply chain management, or business administration, such as CIPS certification, are advantageous.
