The Role
Working in a high-performance team within one of our flagship Global Finance clients. Reporting directly to the Guest Relations Manager and working within a collaborative and supportive team.
A snapshot of a typical day:
- Manage all guest arrivals and lobby hosting for a seamless arrival experience
- Meet and greet clients and visitors and provide assistance based on their needs. Announce the arrival of guests to internal staff and escort to client meeting rooms as required.Co-ordinate same day catering, audio visual and equipment requirements requested by the client.
- Manage MRBS – this includes assisting with booking same day reservations, cancellations and/or amendments to bookings as per the client’s requests
- Ensure incoming switchboard calls are answered promptly and dealt with efficiently as to operational standards
- Managing Functions/ Events including catering, audio visual equipment, compiling function sheets, etc
Requirements
- Charismatic and empathetic individual who embodies the values of the company.
- Approachable, genuine and skilled in fostering positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service and has a customer centric approach to all tasks
- Previous room booking, concierge, reception and/or coordination experience in a corporate reception, five star hotel or premium services environment is highly regarded
