Physiotherapist - Sydney - Campbelltown NSW - Expression of Interest

Your Opportunity:
As a qualified Physiotherapist working across Residential Aged Care and Community, you will be joining a large and collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalised treatments. You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services to our wonderful Clients.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- In the community, the consumers you will be seeing in the community are referred through the following government funded models, Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private funding. We are not your typical community provider we set achievable billable KPIs (ask us more) and don’t work within the NDIS
- Provide comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendation to support consumer activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers, falls risk and prevention, equipment requirements, pressure area care and skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to the needs of Plena and the aged care facilities, and work within the scope of the Occupational Therapy profession.
