About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Programs Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Leisure Services team, you will provide leadership and guidance to the Swim School team to ensure the delivery of high-quality aquatic programs. Your role will involve promoting, developing, implementing, evaluating and coordinating a broad range of innovative and effective centre-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the Swim School team to deliver high-quality customer-centric services to the Campbelltown community.
  • Promote, develop, implement, evaluate and coordinate a broad range of innovative and effective centre-based aquatic programs.
  • Ensure that all WHS and Risk Management requirements are met within the Swim School program areas.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of the swim school program including bookings, retention rates and payments of all aquatic-based programs.

Requirements:
  • Current industry-recognised Learn to Swim Instructor Certificate.
  • Qualifications in AUSTSWIM Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics, AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults, AUSTSWIM Teacher of Towards Competitive Strokes and/or AUSTSWIM Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion.
  • Current Resuscitation Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Current and cleared Working With Children Check with Services NSW.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Work, Health and Safety practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining relevant industry regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of coordinating and planning aquatic-based programs.
  • Willingness to work a roster with early start and late finish shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
