Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Tendering Officer to join our Procurement and Contracts Unit. As a key member of the team, you will assist in preparing quotations, tenders, and expressions of interest, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications and/or job-related experience in procurement/tenders, as well as a demonstrated understanding of public sector procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quotations, tenders, and expressions of interest.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of the procurement process.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or job-related experience in procurement/tenders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of public sector procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
