About Vivir Healthcare:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for our Homecare division to join our dynamic team based in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement. About the Role: 
In this role, based in Sydney  you will be crucial in expanding our homecare services. You will identify new business opportunities, manage key client relationships, and collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling strategies. This position offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid model. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Develop and implement business strategies to optimize sales and service delivery. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry representatives. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. 
  • Represent Vivir Healthcare at industry events to enhance brand visibility. 
  • Achieve financial targets and meet reporting requirements. 

About You: 

  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in the homecare sector
  • Strong understanding of the homecare sector. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work autonomously. 
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
