Condell Park, Australia Smart Locksmith Pty Ltd Full time

_We are currently seeking a charismatic Bookings Administrator to join the office team of our busy Locksmithing company, based at Condell Park._

**Your role will include**:

- Supporting our Administration Manager in various tasks
- Managing bookings through our booking software (Service M8)
- Responding to booking inquiries, requests and cancellations
- Creating daily schedules for our Locksmiths around Sydney
- Conducting basic booking checks to ensure that all bookings are correct and complete before payroll and invoicing
- Following deadlines to provide crucial information and making adjustments on the system
- Liaising with clients and customers
- Invoicing and claiming (experience with trade SOR codes and claiming portals is a bonus, but not essential)
- Basic payroll and data entry
- Use of Quickbooks

**Applicants must have**:

- Previous experience in administration
- Exceptional time management skills
- Confidence in taking phone calls
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The desire to work in a fast paced environment

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Condell Park N, SW 2200: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)
