Accounts and Office Administrator

Our client a specialist Engineering company located in the outer Eastern suburbs; are currently seeking an experienced Accounts/Administration Officer. This position is being offered on a casual part-time basis for approximately 4 weeks, the duties will be interesting and varied.
The role will require your strong Administration and Accounts background ideally conversant with Administration and Accounts functions.
**Duties will include but will not be limited to**:
- Data entry in company systems
- Following debtor processes
- Support in the production of financial reports as required
- Support purchasing as required
- Book couriers/freight collections to/from suppliers
**Essential Criteria**:
- Previous general administration experience
- Previous accounts payable & receivable and BAS
- Effective communication skills, good time management and follow up skills
- Accuracy with bookkeeping, accounting, and payroll in M1
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Expected hours: 25 per week
