We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Experience Consultant to join our Honda Central team, supporting our staff to deliver exceptional experiences to their customers.

Position Overview: As the Customer Experience Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, providing expert guidance and solutions to enhance their customer experience. You will leverage your expertise in customer experience management to develop actionable insights and recommendations that drive measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our Honda Central Service customers each day to provide an outstanding experience for them from when they make first contact with us until they drive away in their vehicle.
  • Maintain constant communication with our customers ensuring that they are updated each step of their vehicles journey with us.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success with a focus on delivering measurable results for clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills,
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels of an organization.
  • Passion for driving innovation and excellence in customer experience.
