Overnight Front Desk Agent:
The ideal candidate will become part of our esteemed Front Office team committed to crafting lasting impressions for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, facilitating seamless check-in and check-out experiences, and addressing any inquiries or issues throughout their stay. With extensive knowledge of our hotel's amenities, including the restaurant, bar, catering facilities, and spa, you'll have the opportunity to promote and enhance our offerings to guests.
What you will do:
Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries, and special requests during the overnight hours.
Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
Address any guests’ enquiries effectively and professionally.
What you will bring:
Exceptional communication skills and a natural gift for engaging conversation.
Dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, whilst maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
Adept time management skills ensure seamless operations.
Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Dependable and punctual, with the flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holiday from 11:00pm to 7:00am
Proficiency in using OPERA system is an advantage
