  • Multi-site store management experience in fashion retail
  • Proven experience in recruiting and developing teams
  • Proven track record to meet sales and KPI budgets
  • Self motivated and ability to motivate a team which is driven by sales and thrives on challenges
  • Work well under pressure
  • Hands on and self motivated
  • Capable of taking responsibility for your personal and region's results
  • Desire to establish a long term career

What Your Day Will Involve

  • Train teams to organise and maintain large volume of stock, with a high visual merchandise appeal
  • Empower and train your teams to perform at their best
  • Ensure sales and KPI budgets are being met
  • Manage stock and expenses within your region
  • Prepare and manage staff rosters in-line with sales achievement
  • Train teams to balance both customer service and administrative duties
