We are looking for a marketing and brand aficionado to join our growing team based in West Perth.
You will become the custodian of our marketing, brand, and communications deliverables, from branding strategies to stakeholder engagement, execution and delivery, reviews, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish, manage, and implement brand, marketing, and communications strategies for both internal and external channels.
  • Take ownership of all aspects of marketing, such as using social media to promote the company's brand & story, executing BTL and ATL marketing plans and tasks, project delivery, performance tracking, etc.
  • Development and creation of marketing collateral, including internal documentation, promotional materials for campaigns and recruitment marketing, including advertisements, brochures, website content, and capability statements.
  • Corporate communication, internal and external stakeholder management, including but not limited to senior management, media suppliers, graphic designers, and digital agencies.
  • Prepare and present business cases as required to gain approvals for marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate and manage marketing budget and reporting.

ABOUT YOU
Successful candidates will need to be able to demonstrate tertiary Qualifications in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline plus:

  • Proven 5+ years of experience in all aspects of marketing, including creating and implementing strategic marketing activities to achieve business objectives.
  • Effective management of third-party organisations to coordinate and deliver collaborative marketing campaigns and initiatives through content, events, and partnerships.
  • Assertive and confident mid-senior Marketer with strong experience and capability in managing and influencing senior stakeholders through collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including writing internal and external focused copy and content.
  • A high level of organisational competency, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A depth of experience in market analysis including preparation of market profiles, category performance, trends and opportunities, competitor and customer profiles and market segmentation.
