**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to support our sales objectives through effective advertising and marketing strategies. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about strategic planning, data analysis, and driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and create marketing plans to attract international students from South Asia.
- Analyze short
- and long-term market trends to assist in meeting recruitment targets.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic planning.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase international student recruitment.
- Advise executives on strategies to reach target markets and boost brand awareness.
- Manage the production and placement of marketing materials within budget and timelines.
- Analyze consumer data to identify recruitment opportunities.
- Predict and interpret trends in education and student preferences.
- Identify new market opportunities through research.
- Advise on product offerings, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
- Prepare and oversee monthly and yearly marketing reports.
- Enhance the effectiveness of institutional relationships and represent the college at international recruitment activities.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role with a focus on market research and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements in international education, particularly in South Asia.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience with CRM tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the college at various platforms.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
