About the role

This role is assisting the Organisational Change manager with key organisational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with key organisational change initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of business cases.
  • Support the creation of position descriptions, communication plans, and facilitate consultation processes.
  • Collaborate with the People Hub Team to implement changes initiatives effectively.
  • Apply a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) perspective to influence and validate decisions, considering their impact on individuals.
  • Willing to complete admin tasks as well as be at times being involved in some challenging conversations.

Experience and skills

  • Previous experience with organisational change is essential
  • Senior Advisor/HRBP who has experience in change management is highly desired.
  • Experience working with key stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
