The Communications Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Future Generation team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.

At Future Generation, we strive to provide the best shareholder experience in the market and high quality communications including; written content, media articles, shareholder emails, events, digital journeys, social content and Webinars. Key responsibilities

This full- time position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative and organised individual to contribute to the growth of our shareholder engagement and corporate communications function.

Communications & Events & Social Impact

·       Writing and editing: Write and edit content to showcase our expertise and raise our profile among key stakeholders.

·       Shareholder engagement: Assist with creating and delivering compelling shareholder letters and emails. Support with shareholder calls and responding to inquiries received to the Company email inbox.

·       Social Impact: Work with the Social Impact Manager on key impact initiatives, including the yearly donation voting program, by managing timelines and maintaining quality data.

·       Reporting communications: Assist in preparing regular corporate communications, including media releases, ASX announcements, monthly investment updates, annual & interim reports and Board packs.

·       Marketing and communications materials: Assist in the development of social media content and marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, newsletters, presentations, videos, podcasts and website updates.

·       Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on marketing performance metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, email campaigns and event attendance. Provide insights to improve marketing strategies.

·       Administrative Tasks and General Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing and social impact activities, including maintaining marketing database.

·       Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of events, webinars, and conferences. Help with logistics and support the communications efforts.

·       Collaboration: Work closely with team members to gather information, provide support, and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Skills and Capabilities

·       Experience working in Investor Relations or Communications preferred but not essential.

·       Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems, Canva and Pardot preferred but not essential.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.

·       First-class attention to detail.

·       A "people person" with excellent interpersonal and relationships-building skills.

·       Keen interest in the social impact field.

·       Able to demonstrate initiative.

·       Ability to work in a small, highly dynamic team environment.

·       Collaborative and consultative approach to work.
