MINPROVISE is a specialist products, engineering and services company providing expert support to the mining, and construction industries. This includes the supply of mineral processing equipment, onsite installations, maintenance & repairs, shutdowns, offsite repairs and fabrication. About the opportunity
Reporting to the Recruitment HR Manager, the successful candidate will be required to assist the HR & Recruitment teams in a range of recruitment and HR processes. Your responsibilities will include requesting and upload all employee records, booking pre-employment medicals, ordering PPE, completing administrative duties directly related to HR functions and responsibilities. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to prioritize their workload.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- 2+ years in an administration role in recruitment or similar industry
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and candidates
- Provide solutions that show initiative and drive
- High attention to detail
- Previous JobAdder experience is deemed highly advantageous
