We are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven individual to join our HR & Resourcing Team as an HR & Recruitment Administrator. In this key role, you will provide administrative support to both the in-house HR & Resourcing function across the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Administration of project/recruitment specific documents and site entry requirements
- Scheduling interviews, medicals, and related assessments
- Conducting phone screening and reference checks
- Maintenance of recruitment and HR records through Workday and other related systems
- Issuing new starters packs and ensuring all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed in Workday
- Assisting with compliance reporting, including license/tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas, etc.
- Relationship Building
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors, and clients
- General HR Administration
- General HR administration tasks
To succeed in this role, you will be a highly motivated and process-driven individual with a strong eye for detail and excellent time management skills. You will have previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced project environment, ideally with a background in both HR and recruitment teams. Advanced skills in both Microsoft Excel and Word are essential.
