Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Manage project-specific documents and site entry requirements
    • Schedule interviews, medicals, and related assessments
    • Conduct phone screening and reference checks
    • Maintain recruitment and HR records through Workday and other related systems
    • Issue new starters' packs and ensure all documentation is completed, collected, and electronically filed in Workday
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Assist with compliance reporting, including license/tickets, emergency contact, insurance, visas, etc.
  • Relationship Building
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, supervisors, and clients
  • General HR Administration
    • Perform general HR administration tasks
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Previous experience in an administration role within a fast-paced project environment, ideally with a background in both HR and recruitment teams
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
