Job Description
  • Administer and manage grants, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
  • Liaise with various departments and external stakeholders for grant-related matters & grant funding opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets & payment schedules for grant activities.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of grant policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track grant expenditure.
  • Participate in audits and provide necessary grant documentation.
  • Contribute to grant application processes.
  • Provide support for grant-related training initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Grants Officer should have:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field.
  • Experience in grant management and administration.
  • Strong financial reporting skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using financial management systems.
