About the Role

This role will be located on the outskirts of Brisbane CBD, with convenient access via public transport and parking. As a Grants Processing Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing grant applications in line with departmental policies and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grant Application Review: Ensure grant applications are processed accurately and efficiently, meeting all departmental requirements.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of grant applications, approvals, and funding distributions.
  • Communication: Coordinate communication with applicants, providing guidance on submission requirements and timelines.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor grant compliance and reporting requirements, ensuring timely submission of necessary documentation.

About You

We are looking for candidates who can work flexibly with their hours, as shifts may be scheduled between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday. As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
