Your Role
Our team requires a Clinical Nurse who understands and drives person centered care. Working with the Clinical Care Manager you will be assisting in setting clinical standards that reflects best practice, assist clinical and direct care employees to improve skills and knowledge through leadership and direction.
The person we are looking for should have advanced nursing skills in order to provide the supervision required. We are looking for someone who has a variety of specialist skills and passion for identified areas:
- Continence management
- Wound care
- Medication management
- Complete AN-ACC documentation and comprehensive assessments
- Ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team
- Provide support and direction / delegation of duties to Registered Nurses and non-registered nursing personnel

Role Requirements
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19
- Current CPR Certificate
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's Client Management and clinical systems
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Previous Aged Care Clinical Nurse experience is highly desirable
- Good computer & mobile device skills
- The ability to work across a varied roster and shifts including night and weekend shifts
