About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse to work collaboratively with our Clinical Care Manager to set clinical standards that reflect best practice. Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced nursing skills to supervise and support clinical and direct care employees
- Assist in setting clinical standards that reflect best practice
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Develop and implement clinical education programs to improve staff skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Current CPR Certificate
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills to ensure ability to use Ozcare's Client Management and clinical systems
- Sound clinical knowledge
- Good computer & mobile device skills
- The ability to work across a varied roster and shifts including night and weekend shifts
