Role Description


We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple building projects at various stages, ranging from $2m - $20m each.


Located in our Melbourne airport office, you’ll be responsible for:


  • Overseeing scoping of works
  • Managing the design, tender and procurement process
  • Engaging with contractors and consultants
  • Managing construction/delivery phases
  • Fostering relationships with key stakeholders
  • Overseeing contract management, variations and claims


Candidate Profile


To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a Client-Side (Buildings) Project Manager, ideally in a Consultancy.


You’ll also need:


  • Experience delivering complex building projects – your sector experience is less relevant, however the complexity of the projects you’ve managed will be crucial
  • The desire to deliver multiple building projects at various stages – this role will be quite varied
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
  • A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment
  • Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline
