Core HCM and Payroll Transformation Project Overview



The Jenny Barbour IT & Project Recruitment company seeks a senior project manager to lead the Core HCM and Payroll Transformation project. This large-scale, complex project aims to replace the current platform securing employee data and transactions, simplifying and standardising processes, and providing a front door for employees to access necessary information.




  • This project is part of the SAP Modernisation enterprise program, and the senior project manager will work closely with a service delivery partner to achieve program objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated management of large payroll and core HCM transformation projects, with experience in managing complex projects on time, on budget, and with quality.
  • Key responsibilities include influencing program outcomes, brokering consensus among stakeholders, and delivering defined business benefits under cost pressures.
  • The senior project manager will also manage a HCM transformation that includes business and technology streams, including business process reengineering and technology partnering.


Requirements and Qualifications




  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to influence program outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience in managing HCM transformation projects, including business and technology streams.
