The Role

Kyndryl's Asset Manager is responsible for high quality and timely day to day delivery of Asset Management services. Activities include, but are not limited to:

asset management order processing and placement,

hardware and software systems,

interface with support organizations,

monitoring of processes, data flows and data repositories to ensure assets' data elements are being collected,

handled, stored and reported accurately in accordance with vendor licensing terms and conditions;

performance of timely asset data updates to maintain accuracy of database repository,

identifying and managing asset discrepancies and compliance resolution process to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform contractual reporting obligations for asset management

Manage updates of Kyndryl assets in the client Asset management tool

Perform reporting requirements for internal software licensing

Update and manage the contractually required hardware/software asset baselines

Diagnose and resolve asset accuracy issues

Required and Preferred Skills:

understanding of asset management processes

understanding of asset management life cycles

experience with excel spreadsheets (or similar)

ability to analyse asset management reports

produce accurate and perform QA reporting (ie eye for detail)

good presentation skills

good communications skills

ability to work with internal and external stakeholders

work to deadlines
