**About the Role**:
We are looking for an Asset Manager to join our Asset Strategy team at Development Victoria. This role will provide asset management and property management services as well as strategic advice in order to ensure optimal outcomes for all assets. This role will have exposure to and work closely with stakeholders from a number of different areas across the organisation, including our finance and legal teams, as well as our delivery teams.

- You have experience managing commercial, industrial or retail assets (non-residential assets)
- You have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- You have intermediate knowledge of current property legislation
- You have the tertiary qualifications to support your experience - in Property, Real Estate or other related disciplines. (Agents Representative Registration will be highly regarded)
- You are comfortable managing budgets and have experience with financial modeling
- You’re known for your ability to work as part of a team - collaborative, engaging and influential
- You are interested in a role that will provide you exposure to some of Victoria’s largest and most diverse projects
