We are working with a dynamic organization seeking a talented Level 2 IT Support Officer to join their IT team. Position Overview: We are looking for a Level 2 IT Support Officer with expertise in AV systems, Intune, Windows environments, and general Level 2 IT responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate IT support and a demonstrated ability to provide technical solutions with a focus on customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 IT support across all corporate IT systems, including desktop support, AV systems, Intune, and Windows environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by end users in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment and systems for corporate events and meetings.
  • Manage and support Intune for device management and application deployment.
  • Assist with Windows OS and application deployments, upgrades, and patches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and user access permissions.
  • Develop and update technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Level 2 IT Support Officer or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing equipment and audio systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Office 365.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) are a bonus but not required.
