There may be an ongoing opportunity for the right person. You will be committed to providing effective back-end HR support services and contributing to a networked HR team in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing business. Ideally this role will suit a competent administrator, with experience in HR and People Management systems, aspiring to expand their HR skills and advance their career, involving in a broad range of Human Resources and Employee Relations support activities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support end to end recruitment activities including advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and pre-employment checks
  • Support onboarding process for new employees
  • Provide low risk advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policy and procedure
  • Assist HR Business Partners with employee relations issues
  • Produce and maintain HR related documents and reports
  • Work with the broader team and contribute to the development and implementation HR initiatives, policies and practices

Skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in a HR Admin/Officer or equivalent role
  • Diploma or equivalent in Human Resources preferred
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment process
  • Initiative and self-drive with problem solving skills
  • Approachable and collaborative team player
  • High level customer service skills
  • Passion for learning new things with high attention to detail and capacity to multitask
