About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As an HR Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential HR support within our designated site.

Reporting directly to the Workforce Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of confidential administrative functions that ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain a supportive and engaging work environment for all employees.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, providing timely and effective assistance in HR processes. Whether it's managing employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, or assisting with compliance tasks, your contributions will be valued and recognised.

We are looking for a proactive and skilled individual who can thrive in a dynamic HR environment. If you possess the following key attributes, you could be the perfect fit:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, consistently achieving high performance and quickly adapting to new tasks.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the initiative to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and systems, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with PageUp and CHRIS21 for seamless office operations.
