About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team at Central Adelaide Local Health Network. As an HR Administrative Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering essential HR support within our designated site.

Reporting directly to the Workforce Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for a variety of confidential administrative functions that ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain a supportive and engaging work environment for all employees.

About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual who can thrive in a dynamic HR environment. If you possess the following key attributes, you could be the perfect fit:

  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team, consistently achieving high performance and quickly adapting to new tasks.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the initiative to manage various tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and systems, including proficiency in MS Office and experience with PageUp and CHRIS21 for seamless office operations.
