SS&C is the largest global investor service provider, servicing more than 55 million investors. Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS) is the business unit offering this role. GIDS delivers global omni-channel investor servicing, including a contact centre, using digital services.

What You Will Get To Do:
As an Administrator, you will undertake the following duties:
- Process and review superannuation tasks as needed, including document linking, file indexing, member and employer applications, contributions, beneficiary updates, correspondence, withdrawals, pension payments, insurance changes, and investment switches.
- Liaising with advisers and internal staff to effectively solve queries and changes.
- Diligently ensure the accuracy of member records.
- Work collaboratively with peers to ensure the successful completion of requests to solve issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings to provide feedback on process improvements.
- Participate in task rotations as required.
- Ensure all administration functions are completed within service levels and ensure regulatory obligations and timelines are adhered to.
- Appropriately manage operational and compliance risk by escalating errors, incidents, or issues with your manager.
- Any other administrative duties as required by your manager.
