The opportunity

Dennis Family Homes are offering an attractive role for an experienced residential estimator to oversee our dedicated Bills of Quantity Estimating team. Bring your knowledge of DataBuild and volume building to manage a high performing team.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager this position is responsible for ensuring that all master bills of quantities are completed accurately for use in setting retail prices and for the basis of producing purchase orders in all housing areas.

This is a key role within our organisation, providing an excellent career opportunity with attractive remuneration. Training will be arranged and conducted in Dennis Family processes.

About you

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have: 

  • Minimum of five years experience in volume housing estimating
  • Knowledge of multiple estimating systems – Databuild preferred
  • High level of management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and also deal effectively with people at all levels in a manner that represents excellent customer service and demonstrates the values of Dennis Family Homes 
  • Full unrestricted working rights in Australia,

This position is based in our Notting Hill Head Office.
