The role


Working as a Team Leader, you will use your clinic expertise and occupational rehab experience to lead, support and develop up to seven Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure the delivery of customer and client KPIs and operational targets.

You will also own your client's rehabilitation journey as they return to work and return to life after injury or illness.

In this role, you'll be.

  • Managing a reduced case load to a high standard
  • Providing leadership, support, and direction to your team
  • Driving the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Managing a range of Customer Accounts
  • Managing service delivery standards
  • Providing training, coaching and development to your team

Outside of restrictions you will be required to work two days in the Melbourne CBD office.

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in Occupational Rehabilitation
  • Experience dealing with clients, Insurers, and employers
  • Professional registration with AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC
  • Physio/OT/Ex. Phy/Psych/Rehab Counsellor
  • Driving license, willing to travel locally
  • A current, or ability to hold a Working with Children Check
