At people2people recruitment, we are constantly looking for new talent within the permanent Reception, Office Manager, Executive/Personal/Team/Admin Assistant and General Business Support sectors.
We are looking for candidates seeking Permanent Full-Time positions.
Some of your general responsibilities may include:
Diary and email management
Travel Coordination
Event coordination
Expense and report management
Meeting organisation (minutes, coordination, preparing agendas)
Maintaining filing systems
Coordinate and manage records and databases
Manage administrative systems, processes, and policies
And More
Beneficial skills and expertise would be:
Previous experience within similar administration roles
Experience managing internal and external stakeholders
Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
High level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
Excellent administrative skills and well versed in systems
C-Suite support experience is ideal
