**Position**: Receptionist
- **Location: Sydney **(CBD)
- **Hourly Rate**: $35+Super per hour
- **Duration**: Immediate start, 2-3 month temporary role with possibility of extension

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, directing calls to appropriate individuals or departments
- Provide excellent phone-based customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression for all guests
- Assist with face-to-face interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Handle adhoc administrative duties, such as sorting and distributing mail, managing schedules, and coordinating appointments
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring inventory levels are adequate
- Contribute to maintaining office security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access
- Uphold company policies and procedures while interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
- Document and relay messages accurately, ensuring efficient communication within the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist and admin role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle busy environments effectively
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities
- Prior experience in a phone operator or telecommunications company a plus
