We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reception/Administrator to join the team This position will play a pivotal role in fostering strong and efficient relationships between the Sales, Admin & Reception teams. You will report directly to the People & Culture Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- This role involves dividing responsibilities between managing corporate reception tasks and providing support to the Eastern Sales Team.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between multiple offices and departments within the region.
- Manage administrative tasks, including but not limited to, scheduling, travel arrangements, stock control, and document preparation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and reports.
- Assist in planning and executing regional events and projects, ensuring they run smoothly from inception to completion.
- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and report on performance.
- Provide support to regional teams, offering assistance and solutions to operational challenges.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment by addressing team needs.
- Proven previous experience in either an Admin or Reception position. Automotive experience is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a problem-solving orientation.
- Tech-savviness: Proficiency in using office software, handling phone systems, and basic computer skills.
