  • Ensure assessment turnaround times meet targets by optimizing processes and coordination.

  • Drive team growth through consistent performance management and tailored development plans.

  • Regularly engage in coaching sessions to actively support employee growth and achieve performance excellence.

  • Foster a positive work environment that prioritises employee wellbeing, safety, and inclusivity.

Key attributes for success:

  • Experience in motor vehicle assessing leadership (3+ years is a general indicator).

  • Proven track record of evaluating vehicle damage, determining repair costs, and making informed decisions based on industry knowledge and expertise.

  • Deep understanding of the industry, including regulatory and operational challenges.

  • Resilience and ability to thrive under pressure.

  • A high-performance culture with autonomy and a supportive team environment.

  • Continuous training, development, and career growth opportunities.

  • Award-winning health and well-being programs.

  • A hybrid work environment with social events.

  • 21 days of annual leave, plus an extra day for your birthday.
