Specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage. Our company is a well-established player in the automotive industry, known for our commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a dynamic Vehicle Processing Manager to oversee our Queensland operations based at our Port of Brisbane site.

Key Responsibilities:

As the State Processing Manager, you will be responsible for improving state operational metrics, managing risks, and delivering agreed business outcomes. Your duties will include:

  • Leading and developing high-performing state teams
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensuring operational excellence across branches
  • Implementing strong financial management practises

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated individual with the following qualifications and experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in senior operational management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Automotive industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record in cost-saving and business growth projects
  • Experience managing unionised workforce and implementing EBAs

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with exceptional negotiating and influencing skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
