This exciting position is available for a candidate who has demonstrated phone and email/online based customer service experience, and solid administrative/database experience.  This role will also require you to engage with customers via social media & live chat, so we are seeking a candidate with experience in this area.  Experience in the automotive or related sectors is ideal, however not essential.

This role is working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm, will see your days fly by as you handle “cases” with your customers. A strong focus on problem resolution, follow up and getting back to the customer is pivotal to this position. Working with a small team within a large business, you will be a team player with the ability to multi task, handle a large work load, and deal with customers in a professional manner.

Excellent PC skills, strong communication both written and verbal, with high levels of attention to detail are essential to be considered for this opportunity, along with experience with platforms such as META, Facebook, Google etc.

A salary will be negotiated with the successful candidate, based on automotive and customer service experience along with all the other perks outlined above
