**Position Purpose**

Arize is seeking a highly strategic and dedicated Social Media Strategist to join our team.

Your expertise in interpreting social media data to inform strategic decisions will drive the success of our campaigns. You will be working closely with our internal teams and clients.

**Strategic advisory**
- Lead the development of comprehensive digital content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Adapt strategies based on evolving digital trends and the unique needs of different client sectors.
- Collaborate with the communications team to ensure alignment with overall public relations and communications strategies.

Confident in presenting to clients and adapting their feedback. Ability to create original text, images, and video content, as

required. Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style,

quality, and tone of voice, and optimised for different channels. A thorough understanding of all social media platforms, and

changes in policies and capabilities.

**Data analysis and reporting**
- Regularly analyse and interpret social media and website analytics to assess the performance of content.
- Provide insightful reports to the Director of Communications and clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance audience engagement.

Prepare monthly reports on web traffic and ROI. Must keep up to date with the latest digital technologies and

social media trends.

**Relationship Management**
- Strong relationship building skills with clients and team members.
- Ability to take briefs and present strategies to clients.
- Anticipate client needs.

**Experience Criteria**
- Proven work experience in the role
- Hands on experience in strategic content development
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Deep knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven work experience in social media management and strategy
- Hands-on experience with content development and curation across platforms
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills (text, image, video)
- Deep understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking

Excellent communication and community engagement skills Ability to stay updated on social media trends and platform updates
