**Social Media Manager**

Directly reports to Social Media Strategist

**Position Purpose**

Arize is seeking a highly strategic and dedicated Social Media Strategist to join our team.

Your expertise in interpreting social media data to inform strategic decisions will drive the success of our campaigns. You will be working closely with our internal teams and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Enjoy creating content across a variety of digital channels.
- Ability to create original text, images, and video content without requiring review or approval
- Develop and execute a content calendar across digital platforms, including social media, EDMs, and websites.
- Work closely with a graphic designer to produce visually and textually engaging content.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for different channels.
- A thorough understanding of all social media platforms, and changes in user functions, policies and trends
- Provide feedback on strategic direction, as required, and adapt content based on evolving digital trends and the unique needs of different client sectors.

**Data analysis and reporting**
- Regularly analyze and interpret social media performance of content.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Must keep up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

**Community Engagement**
- Monitor and engage with online communities across various platforms, fostering positive relationships and brand loyalty.
- Address enquiries and feedback, or provide advice, in a timely and professional manner.
- As needed, lead or participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance brand presence and reputation.
