About the role:

We are seeking a Performance Optimisation Specialist to join our marketing team here at Tyro. In this role you will be responsible for driving product acquisition and cross-sell by optimising conversion rates through the development and implementation of effective UX and CRO strategies across various channels.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement effective traffic-to-opportunity CRO strategies to drive digital sales and optimise conversion rates.

  • Consult and advise with stakeholders on design improvements that impact the customer experience and their onboarding flows to increase conversion rates.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer behaviour and conversion data across all channels to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experiments to improve overall performance.

  • Be the business champion of our Conversion Rate Optimisation discipline.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to propose changes to partners and retailers selling Tyro products.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous commercial experience in CRO, digital marketing, or related field

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics

  • Experience with A/B testing and other optimisation techniques

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript is highly advantageous
