Position: Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issuing Purchase Orders: Efficiently generate and manage purchase orders to ensure timely procurement.
  • Ordering Supplies: Oversee inventory levels and place orders for necessary materials and equipment.
  • Communication: Handle inbound and outbound phone calls with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Order Management: Utilise your strong administrative skills to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a cheerful and proactive approach in all interactions to contribute to a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, particularly order processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn.
