About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Engagement Coordinator. As a key member of our National Service Centre, you will play a critical role in supporting our client-facing teams and delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service support to our national client-facing staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
  • Lead the delivery of administration for KPMG client engagements, from onboarding to completion, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our client teams, providing solutions to complex problems and ensuring effective communication.
  • Prepare and review engagement letters, reports, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity in our SAP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Draft and raise bills, and manage client debtor accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial management.
  • Utilize various risk management systems and accounting software to support our client-facing teams.
  • Meet and exceed performance KPIs and SLAs, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and quality.
