ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organised, adaptable, and commercially astute individual to join the Cotton On Property team as the Executive Assistant to Group Executive, Andrew Woolcock. This crucial role involves providing strategic and proactive support to a Senior Executive, significantly contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives and ensuring overall departmental efficiency.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be a key liaison, bridging connections within our organisation from the Board level to the Executive Leadership Team, our GM and CM community, and both internal and external stakeholders. The Property team, comprising Leasing, Construction, and Design, operates with a strong commercial focus. Your contributions will be pivotal in advancing the team's bricks-and-mortar strategy.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Strategic Support: Directly assist with business strategy and presentations. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and legally compliant non-disclosure information and documents. Context Awareness: Possess outstanding interpersonal skills, comfortable preparing for Board meetings, engaging with the Leadership community, Department teams, and external Landlords. Data and Analytics: Confidence in working with data and analytics. Commercial Acumen: Willing to learn P&L statements and commercial agreements, acting as a triage for the Property Department. Team Spirit: Foster a fun and collaborative environment within the Property team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. Administrative Excellence: Exceptional organizational and time management skills tailored to the demands of Senior Executives. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of accuracy in all tasks. Calendar and Mailbox Management: Proven ability to manage Executive calendars and mailboxes, including personal commitments, and adeptly handle complex scheduling. Advanced MS Office Proficiency: Highly proficient in advanced MS Office applications, specifically Excel, enabling efficient handling of documentation and correspondence. Travel Arrangements: Comprehensive understanding of interstate/overseas travel arrangements, including the preparation of detailed travel itineraries aligned with the unique needs of C-suite Executives. Budgeting and Expense Management: Sound knowledge of fundamental budgeting processes, controls, and expense management, in alignment with the strategic financial oversight required at the Executive level. Board Portal Software: Prior experience with Board Portal software (., Diligent Boards) is preferred. Board Secretarial Experience: Prior Board Secretarial experience is also preferred.
