 The Opportunity:

If you're passionate about logistics, customer service, and making a tangible impact, this is your opportunity to shine with a global leader in heavy machinery. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective coordination of Komatsu’s Rental machine fleet and associated operational activities within South Australia.

Roster: Monday to Friday

Role Located: Adelaide, Dry Creek Branch

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in Rental or Sales Administration within the earthmoving / capital equipment industries or similar will be highly regarded.
  • A technical / mechanical understanding of earthmoving equipment
  • High level organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with internal and external clients at all levels. 
  • Previous supervisory experience in a Rental Equipment Business or similar well regarded.
  • Proven advanced abilities in Excel and Microsoft Word and proficient user of Microsoft Outlook
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • High level of internal and external customer service / satisfaction skills
  • Ability to communicate with end users at all levels and have well-developed written and oral communication skills.
  • High level of expertise in Microsoft suite computer programs
